if you know me, you know how much i love the orange international street fair. labor day weekend the downtown circle of my hometown is transformed into a big outdoor restaurant as booths featuring foods from around the world and beers a plenty line the streets. i was lucky enough to get to be home during the last one. for more about the street fair see the other post i did about it.

taco flight...so few bites... so good. pork belly, grilled octopus, ghost chili pork, duck, lamb but the short rib with pickeled onions was my favorite.
