patchwork spring 2011 long beach

patchwork spring 2011 in long beach was our best show yet! check out some photos from the show...we hope to see you all may 29th 11-5 on buffalo & main street in santa ana for patchwork santa ana...

the morning rain let up for a beautiful sunny day

guests who rode thier bikes checked them in at our bike valet so they could peruse and shop

i LOVED the music at this show...

you can barely see it here but this guy had the coolest tiny teal keyboard

directions to long beach patchwork...

we were informed that there is construction going on in long beach which has caused some street closures ie. 7th street - so here are some directions to help you all make it to the show. 

COMING FROM LA

take the 405 south to the studebaker exit

take a right at the studebaker exit

take studebaker until  it comes to westminister ave

take a right

once on westminister ave, get in the right lane

cross over pch and stay in the right lane marked for right exit only

take the exit ramp and get in your left lane

turn left onto appian

go thru 1 stop sign

continue up & over the bridge

you will see patchwork on your right

street/neighborhood parking availble
 
 
COMING FROM OC

take 405 north

exit at seal beach blvd

turn left onto seal beach blvd

get in the right hand lane

the first signal will be westminister ave

take a right on westminister ave

stay in your right lane on westminer ave

cross the desmond bridge

continue on to ocean blvd

road will split to a Y stay left on to livngston dr.

*CATHY OF CALIFORNIA, one of our favorite so cal crafters who's showcased her creations on martha stewart will be signing & selling her new book VINTAGE CRAFT WORKSHOP in the urban craft center area at 2pm
*GINA WILL CUT YOU will be offering free bang trims and hair consultations in the back of the harvey's lot
*lounge in BELLY SPROUT'S vintage trailer where you can sample natural and organic skin care and makeup
*sample the edible flavors of santa ana from local eateries like OLD VINE CAFE, MEMPHIS, THE GYPSY DEN not to mention our fabulous food trucks!
*OC WEEKLY & YELP will be tossing you free goodies
*SCOTT & LOU will be doing on site screenprinting
*park your bike and don't give it a second thought as out BIKE VALET keeps an eye on it will you have fun
*THE LONG BEACH CRAFT MAFIA will offering some crafty demos and DIY crafting
